    Course Entry Criteria

    It is only recommended that each Learner has the following Prior Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of management systems through the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle

      • A basic knowledge of the concepts of good safety management including HACCP principles
      • An understanding of the commonly used good safety management terms and definitions, as given in FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000
      • A basic knowledge of the prerequisite programmes such as those specific in ISO/TS 22002 (All Parts)
