Module 1: Introduction to ISO 9001:2015
In this module an overview of the standard will be provided including coverage of a number of the key concepts that underpin ISO 9001:2015.
Module 2: Determining the Organizational Context
In this module we will explore the process and methodologies used by Top Management to determine the organizational context.
Module 3: Leadership and Planning
In this module we will explore the requirement for Top Management to demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the QMS. We will also explore the role of Top Management in relation to effectively planning the QMS.
Module 4: Operating, Checking and Improving the QMS
In this module we will explore the role of Top Management in relation to operating, checking and improving the QMS.

In order to successfully complete the course, each Learner will need to obtain a grade of 70% or higher in the final examination. Successful completion will entitle each Learner to receive a certificate of achievement.
